I have been using HQ Hair for about four

I have been using HQ Hair for about four years, I used to love them and would have recommended them to anyone.

I have however, recently ordered two lots of presents for friends for their birthdays and both have been very late. The first was about two weeks late, but HQ Hair were very apologetic and sent both her and I samples to apologise - restoring my faith in them and assuring me this was only a one off.

On the 15th February I ordered a present for one of my friends to be sent to her for her birthday so it would arrive by the 21st February. However, when it had not arrived by the 25th I sent them an e-mail to which I received no response. When it had still not arrived by the 10th March I sent them a further e-mail to which they replied a short note saying it had now been sent (nearly a month late!) but no apology this time. They only offered that I could get a refund if I sent the products back - but as they have been sent to my friend this is not possible!

Terrible customer service, would definitely not recommend them. Try lookfantastic.com instead
