    I do loads of shopping online and have to say that this is possibly the worst online store I have ever come across.
    I've used it twice (thinking that maybe my first experience was just bad luck) but I shouldn't have bothered. Very poor delivery /despatch service (orders late, incorrect, never arriving etc..) and customer care is non-existent. Of course your money comes out of your account... Read Full Review »

    I ordered the Dermalogica Daily Resurfacer (which I use daily and typically I have run out before HQ Hair could delivery (or get Royal Mail to deliver). HQ state delivery in the UK is within 24-48 hours.... Yeah right, still waiting for my item four days after it was supposedly dispatched, the most annoying things is both the 0870 and 0207 customer service numbers are not working so I can not even...
