Direct TVs

AVOID THEM! AVOID THEM! AVOID THEM!

Worst company I have ever come across! I ordered a TV in March and have email notifying me of its dispatch. TV never turned up. Checked online tracking and had details of being dispatched. Called the courier who said they never picked up the TV.

After a week of chasing them and the courier I cancelled the order. I was refunded the wrong amount (missing the credit card surcharge) but I later find out that they charged me twice for the TV. Called and logged emessage with customer service and was told I will be refunded. 3 months after I placed the order I am still chasing for my money! The last call I made to them they deleted my order details while I was on the phone and told me that the order does not exist. Unfortunately for them I still have my email order confirmations. Avoid directTVS.co.uk! I can not stress this enough.

So there got the dispatch of the TV wrong! Took too much money! Refunded too little! Deleted my order details!

Just something to think about before placing orders, "a customer service that has a premium rate number does not have any incentive to deal with your issue quickly!!"
