Very impressed with this online store. They have a very good range of LCD/Plasma TV's. I opted for a Full HD LCD, and paid a very competitive price for it thanks to directtvs.
I spent hours looking around different websites, but none were as competitive as directtvs.

Absolutely disgusting service. Sent a damaged tv out to us on Monday,collected it on Tuesday to be returned. Just phoned to chase replacement (Thursday 5pm) and they reckon they haven't even received other back yet.It was collected at 10am Tuesday by Royal Mail with guaranteed next day delivery!! Found the best price for my Sony KDL40W400 flat screen tv - actually offered at a better price than the sony centre and it was in stock.
Had to phone the customer service line to add a wall mount and confirm, was answered quickly and i was explained what would happen - although it was too late to add to my order because it was already dispatched the same day! No problems at all. Read Full Review »

Worst company I have ever come across! I ordered a TV in March and have email notifying me of its dispatch. TV never turned up. Checked online tracking and had details of being dispatched. Called the courier who said they never picked up the TV.

LET THEM STAY AT SELLING COMPUTERS THEY MIGHT BE GOOD AT THAT?
CUSTOMER CARE IS AWFUL AND I MEAN AWFUL.
I have been waiting 2weeks for them to authorise the replacement of an LCD TV and still waiting.
CUSTOMER CARE is an 0870 number were you can wait for 20minutes.
