3 Mobile

I have been using this phone for 3 months now, it's a good phone but the only down side is that the battery life is very poor, a friend had warned me about this but i took the chance and now i regret becasue you have to charge this phone every day and sometimes twice a day, which can be anoying, i cantancted 3 network to try and change the handset but they said there was nothing they could do ... This phone is perfect for anybody, and it has everything on it that anybody could ever need. The only down side is that the memory is easily taken up, but this problem can be resolved by buying a memory card for it. Overall, 5* phone. Read Full Review »

Wanted this phone and three offered what I thought was the best deal with one of it's price plans.
Love the phone - it is amazing and although I've had it a couple of months now, there is still loads to explore on it.
I did have a few problems initially: The sim card sent with the new phone was apparently not compatible but was changed promptly.

I am very disappointed in the customer care the phone is in my wifes name and has queried the bill everyweek from december reguarding the internet chargers we have never used the internet on the phone as we have the internet at home.
