Hi! I had suffered from 3customer

Hi! I had suffered from 3customer service having two contract and hand set becoming faulty again and again and to try to explain the problem to 3rd rate customer service which is probably advised to waste customer's time on stupid and silly ways to fix the hardware issue.Even their shops are reluctant to accept handset for repair.Whereas i have one phone with o2 for which my hand set had problems they tried twice but 3rd time they offered me brand new hand set of my choice and customer service is exellent.
