3 billed me in error £1,020, when I

3 billed me in error £1,020, when I queried the bill I was told it was a mistake. I was assured this amount would not be taken from my account. It was, on the 7th Oct and I'm still trying to get it back. Their customer service is crap, it's a call centre in India and they are hopeless. A month later I'm really concerned I'll not get this money back, all they keep saying is it will take 7 to 10 days, again and again and again.....STAY CLEAR OF 3
