3 is terrible. I paid to upgrade to a C902, and it is broken. They want me to wait 5 days for a replacement, take another unpaid day of sitting waiting for 3 (they say they will be here between 8 and 6 so I am sure that it will be 1800 when it gets here)They do not allow exchanges of faulty merchandise any way but through their courier, and their courrier takes 48-72 hours- except over the weekend- meaning I, as a 3 customer, am left wishing I had gone elsewhere. They wouldn't even waive part of the fee they charged for the phone. Absolute rubbish. Why not allow exchange at the three store?
