Took out contract for 18 months in

Took out contract for 18 months in August 2008 now outgoing calls barred because of a previous dispute with 3. Indian call centre only interested in collecting money. Customer service non existant would strongly advise Not to Get Involved With This 3RD Rate Outfit.
