Everyone knows that along with T-mobile 3 mobile are so poor, so why do you keep using them? is it because you think they are cheaper. You pay for what you get. I now use o2 who are fantastic not only with their customer service but also with their connection. I have used them all over the years and o2 are the best by far. I had suffered from 3customer service having two contract and hand set becoming faulty again and again and to try to explain the problem to 3rd rate customer service which is probably advised to waste customer's time on stupid and silly ways to fix the hardware issue.Even their shops are reluctant to accept handset for repair.Whereas i have one phone with o2 for which my hand set had probl... I would urge you all to avoid 3 mobile at all costs. I used to work there (yes they do have call centres in the UK, they just don't want you to be able to speak to anyone in the UK!!) and never in my life have a witnessed such a unproffesional company. 3 are like the drug dealers who give out the free baggies to get you hooked then keep you with rubbish services and phones for 18months. Don't take the baggies. You can get better deals elsewhere. 3 is terrible. I paid to upgrade to a C902, and it is broken. They want me to wait 5 days for a replacement, take another unpaid day of sitting waiting for 3 (they say they will be here between 8 and 6 so I am sure that it will be 1800 when it gets here)They do not allow exchanges of faulty merchandise any way but through their courier, and their courrier takes 48-72 hours- except over the weekend... Took out contract for 18 months in August 2008 now outgoing calls barred because of a previous dispute with 3. Indian call centre only interested in collecting money. Customer service non existant would strongly advise Not to Get Involved With This 3RD Rate Outfit. Read Full Review »
