Do Not, I repeat Do Not use this company. I ordered my Washer Dryer on 1st December after being told it was definitely in stock and should be with me by the 7th. I chose this company over another who told me it would be 3 weeks - big mistake. I found Discount Direct service to be 100%. I could not fault their service in any way. The item was ordered on 14/10/06 and delivered on 17/10/06. Anyone who finds any problems with this, has got to be joking! I gave my order over the phone, and a delivery date was arranged there and then, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Well done, Discount Direct Read Full Review »

Ordered machine on 23rd May and told it would be 7-10 working days. When I received my card receipt it said 10 working days. After 2 weeks I phoned to ask when it would be delivered, I was told that the machine hadn't even been manufactured yet but ring back in a week. When goods delivered left on runway of

When goods delivered left on runway of house, only young female in house after 5 minutes the 2 delivery men came back and unloaded goods (broke weather bar on door). When phoned Discount Direct their attitude was we only deliver to doorstep they did not seem to think this was a problem. Read Full Review »

Awful! The web site claims delivery in 3 - 14 working days. I ordered an item 4 weeks ago, still no sign of it. The day after the order was placed a message was left with my young child that the item would be 14 days as it was not in stock.
