I ordered a Freezer and Tumble Dryer

I ordered a Freezer and Tumble Dryer from Discount Direct. As far as my experience goes they do exactly as they say on the tin! Their pricing ias extremely competitive - e.g. my freezer was £320 as opposed to £400 in Comet & Currys.

The day after my order was placed I recieved a voicemail from Discount Direct advising me that the Freezer wasn't in stock. This I already knew from their website at the time of ordering - I chose to order anyway as I wasn't in a rush but am careful with my cash! Also in the message I was advised that I would be contacted to arrange delivery of both items together as soon as the freezer came in stock. I took the on thier word and sure enough, without any prompting from me, I was called about 10 days later to arrange delivery.

I recieved the goods the very next day and am more than happy with my DD experience. I do not normally write store or product reviews but on this occasion I am more than happy to.
