I ordered a fridgefreezer from Discount

I ordered a fridgefreezer from Discount Direct through the internet. The product was delivered in November 2006 by 1 man who watched me struggle with the product, which I dented trying to get it up a step into my kitchen.
I have not received the 3 year warranty for which I paid extra for. I have contacted Discount Direct 4 times to ask when where is it & when it will arrive. It is now February 2007,they have had 3 months to reply & still no reply.I will now seek advice from a Solicitor & Trading Standards.
