    I was disappointed that I wasn t informed when ordering that my item would take over a week to arrive rather than the 1 - 4 days as suggested, however the customer support received in helping install the software was fantastic and very highly recommended. Read Full Review »

    I ordered an item on 4th April and did not receive it until today (15th April). I appreciate that Easter fell between order and delivery but the item was not actually posted until 10th April, almost a week later. The website was easy to use and ordering was easy but they fell down on the delivery. Read Full Review »

    Goods arrived as specified however one was faulty. There was a return form and freepost address for ease of return.

    Then further email to confirm receipt of faulty goods and further email to confirm replacement in the post.
