Took a few days for the order to be processed before they shipped the item to me, i ordered on a sunday night and didn t recieve an e-mail that my order was completed and shipped until the thursday... which then fell onto bank holiday so took longer again for package to arrive Read Full Review »

The only downside to the order I made

The only downside to the order I made was it was a bank holiday and the mail was slower than normal otherwise I would give them a V.G rating for delivery even though this was out of their hands to some degree.

I was disappointed that I wasn t informed when ordering that my item would take over a week to arrive rather than the 1 - 4 days as suggested, however the customer support received in helping install the software was fantastic and very highly recommended. Read Full Review »

I ordered an item on 4th April and did not receive it until today (15th April). I appreciate that Easter fell between order and delivery but the item was not actually posted until 10th April, almost a week later. The website was easy to use and ordering was easy but they fell down on the delivery. Read Full Review »
