    Having placed 3 previous orders with memorybits I will not be placing any more. I have waited weeks on an order, being told that it had been dispatched when in fact it had not.The last order I received was wrong and I am now having to parcel it up and send it back to their address which is in Jersey!     Sneaky shopping-cart tricks. Invites you to 'add a card-reader' for a small sum but if you click this option it changes the package to a different card with the card reader.

    When I returned the item they claimed it had not been received and would not send the correct card and would not give a refund.

    Bad communication, bad customer service!
