    This is the first time I have ordered from Memorybits.
    All items delivered within a few days. Before ordering I had asked for some information, to which they responded within hours. They also sent me e-mails acknowledging my order, order progress, and when the goods were shipped.
    Will deffo use them again.

    Interesting response from the company themselves. In a different response on pricerunner it states they receive many complimentary reviews on their website everyday. This is fascinating as I have searched their website from top to bottom and there is no such facility to leave comments on their service.     Still awaiting order 24 days after ordering product. Their promise was 2 to 4 days. I have sent numerous e mails and spoken to someone and have been told continuously that it is/has been sent. I have heard of scam regarding holding onto money in high interest account for set period before returning money. I am not suggesting this is happening here but this is extremely poor service at best. Read Full Review »

    Probably the worst company i have ever dealt with.

    I order some memory which showed as in stock, though apparently was not. They told me they would have to order it specially, which i accepted. After 2 weeks it had not arrived, they then told me that it must have got lost in the post, and they had sent out another, this too never arrived.

    Ordered some memory for MemoryBits

    Ordered some memory for MemoryBits instead of Amazon because it shows 'next day delivery'

    They had my order for 5 days before it was even despatched

    5 days after that I still dont have it

    customer services suggest i just keep waiting

    It was for a birthday present so I've ordered again from Amazon
