No problem with goods (a camera memory card), very good price and speedy delivery BUT that was about 15 months ago, since then they have never stopped sending me unwanted marketing emails - three in the last week alone - even though I always look for opt-outs on order forms. I have waited weeks on an order, being told that it had been dispatched when in fact it had not.The last order I received was wrong and I am now having to parcel it up and send it back to their address which is in Jersey! Sneaky shopping-cart tricks. Invites you to 'add a card-reader' for a small sum but if you click this option it changes the package to a different card with the card reader.

When I returned the item they claimed it had not been received and would not send the correct card and would not give a refund.

Bad communication, bad customer service!
