The order was placed on 02 December, 2007 . The order never arrived . I emailed several times . Each time I was told "The order will be with you shortly" - it never arrived . Finally - after a year - I emailed them again and was told "Im sorry but we are not sending an order out that is over a year old. That is too long to leave it. " . I would say avoid them like the plague .

Could you provide more details about your order : refunded ?, why to wait a year to ask for your item ?.....
Could you please provide me your order number?
We have procedures to follow for non received items which need the Order ID. I would then be able to track your order on our systems and let you know about it at my earliest. We take it as our first moral duty to make sure our customers are satisfied and I assure you that any such incidence is a rare event. I would do my best to help you get your refund or the product, whichever you prefer.

Ordering and paying was the only easy

Ordering and paying was the only easy thing about this shop. MY GOODS NEVER TURNED UP ! despite placing the order at the beginning of december. After many emails and phones calls i got a refund. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. bad customer service from agents who could not spell on the live chat service. Read Full Review »

After receiving an email from memorybits with an offer on some Nintendo Wii accessories I decided to place an order. I used paypal to pay. Order was supposedly posted on 16 November and still has not turned up! I have emailed the company on numerous occasions but have received no reply. Opened a dispute with paypal....still no reply. This is the first time I have ordered from Memorybits.
All items delivered within a few days. Before ordering I had asked for some information, to which they responded within hours. They also sent me e-mails acknowledging my order, order progress, and when the goods were shipped.
Will deffo use them again.

Interesting response from the company themselves. In a different response on pricerunner it states they receive many complimentary reviews on their website everyday. This is fascinating as I have searched their website from top to bottom and there is no such facility to leave comments on their service.
