Memorybits have let me down and mislead me. I expect to lose over £100.

Ordered products weeks ago with "next day despatch" and 2-4 day delivery.
1 week later I asked for an update and was told despatch would occur on next business day. Further emails were ignored with the exception of a mass-mailed "apology" which still didn't tell me when my delivery would be made.

Having been let down by one toner

Having been let down by one toner supplier I ordered on Wed 14 from Memorybits whose web site stated 1-4 days delivery. A week later having heard nothing I emailed and next day was told they had been experiencing difficulties and my order would be sent on Fri 23. I am still waiting - no delivery Mon 26.

Do Not use this company. First time order.Ordered 10th January 2009 cancelled after 10 days of no show after being told order dispatched on Thursday 15th. No show by 19th January 2009. Then told problem with delivery would be dispatched within 48 hours. Cancelled awaiting refund. Stay away they tell lies! Read Full Review »

In November 2008 I ordered some RAM from memory bits. I used the 'Easy to use memory finder' on the 'MemoryBits' website to find the right memory.
