I PLACED A £96 ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE AND ENTERED A PROMO CODE ENTITLING ME TO 15% OFF THE ORDER. THEIR SYSTEM FAILED TO REMOVE THE DISCOUNT BUT I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY WOULD STILL REMOVE 10% FROM THE TOTAL.
