the item was out of stock, they took

the item was out of stock, they took order and said it would be sent in 48hrs. after 48hr i emailed them to be told it was out of stock and would be a further 48hr before shipped which was going to be a further 1-4 days. it turned up 2 working days later. customer service good once i confronted them.
