Memorybits have let me down and mislead

Memorybits have let me down and mislead me. I expect to lose over £100.

Ordered products weeks ago with "next day despatch" and 2-4 day delivery.
1 week later I asked for an update and was told despatch would occur on next business day. Further emails were ignored with the exception of a mass-mailed "apology" which still didn't tell me when my delivery would be made.
Eventually they did respond directly to me and now we're back to false hopes and broken promises (or simply lies).

The price looked too good to be true and now I guess it was!

I also suspect that many of their good reviews are less than genuine. have a look at trustpilot and see how it's been skewed by the pricegrabber details. See if you can spot the same pattern as me!

Do not use this company. They've made a reputation for cheap chips (some complaints about authenticity!), but otherwise they're as shoddy as it gets. Reminds me of the 90's when British internet shopping was amongst the worst in the world.

Personally my synonyms for memorybits are fraud, misrepresentation and theft.

Do you feel [that] lucky?

Does anyone know their real address - Website says Jersey, Kelkoo says England -I would really like to know the real one to continue my dialogue with more formal correspondence!
