Memorybits

Having been let down by one toner

Having been let down by one toner supplier I ordered on Wed 14 from Memorybits whose web site stated 1-4 days delivery. A week later having heard nothing I emailed and next day was told they had been experiencing difficulties and my order would be sent on Fri 23. I am still waiting - no delivery Mon 26.
I believe that if supplier has not got supplies they should inform the customer immediately so that they can look elsewhere. This would be done at an ordinary store. Clearly this store does not share such customer concern.
