Dear customer,
I'm the "Price Comparison Sites" Marketing Executive at Memorybits.
Firstly, I would like to apologise to you on behalf of my company for the inconvenience.
Could you provide more details about your order : refunded ?, why to wait a year to ask for your item ?.....
Could you please provide me your order number?
We have procedures to follow for non received items which need the Order ID. I would then be able to track your order on our systems and let you know about it at my earliest. We take it as our first moral duty to make sure our customers are satisfied and I assure you that any such incidence is a rare event. I would do my best to help you get your refund or the product, whichever you prefer.
