Ordering and paying was the only easy

Ordering and paying was the only easy thing about this shop. MY GOODS NEVER TURNED UP ! despite placing the order at the beginning of december. After many emails and phones calls i got a refund. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. bad customer service from agents who could not spell on the live chat service.
