After receiving an email from memorybits

After receiving an email from memorybits with an offer on some Nintendo Wii accessories I decided to place an order. I used paypal to pay. Order was supposedly posted on 16 November and still has not turned up! I have emailed the company on numerous occasions but have received no reply. Opened a dispute with paypal....still no reply. Escalated said dispute....hey presto, they provide paypal with a Royal Mail tracking number. Unfortunately this proves nothing as Royal Mail say "Information on your item is not yet available". I am confident that paypal will find in my favour however if they do not I shall be taking this matter up with my credit card company as I will not be losing money to memorybits. Having now read many bad reviews of this company I wish I had never ordered, if only I had read them beforehand. The upshot of all this being that if your order arrives....fine. If not and you have to throw yourselves at the mercy of their "Customer Services" well, good luck to you.
I cannot recommend memorybits for the above reasons and have been sure to let all of my family and friends know of my experience with them in the hope that they never order either. Let's hope that the "credit crunch" sorts out the good from the bad.

We have procedures to follow for faulty items or non received items which need the Order ID. I would then be able to track your order on our systems and let you know about it at my earliest. We take it as our first moral duty to make sure our customers are satisfied and I assure you that any such incidence is a rare event. I would do my best to help you get your refund or the product, whichever you prefer.
