Interesting response from the company themselves. In a different response on pricerunner it states they receive many complimentary reviews on their website everyday. This is fascinating as I have searched their website from top to bottom and there is no such facility to leave comments on their service. My advice after giving up and getting the Credit Card company to exercise the refund is do not touch this company if you want anything at all. They blatantly display incorrect stock levels and when you do receive an item it is most likely to be damaged. My order was for a toner cartridge , when it arrived it was smashed and most of the toner had leaked into the box. Very unhelpful, online chat customer service who disconnected you as soon as a complaint was made. Their Freepost address was incorrect and the Post Office refused to accept the return as their post code did not match. I could go on but it is pointless you have been warned.
