Appalling service and Customer care.

Appalling service and Customer care. It's now 22 days since I paid for goods and have still not received them. My first email to 'customer care' received the same 15 automated replies. I now get no response to my emails. In 8 years of making web purchases this is the worst customer service I have encountered. Avoid completely!
