Still awaiting order 24 days after

Still awaiting order 24 days after ordering product. Their promise was 2 to 4 days. I have sent numerous e mails and spoken to someone and have been told continuously that it is/has been sent. I have heard of scam regarding holding onto money in high interest account for set period before returning money. I am not suggesting this is happening here but this is extremely poor service at best.

We have procedures to follow for faulty items or non received items which need the Order ID. I would then be able to track your order on our systems and let you know about it at my earliest.
