Delivery still not arrived - despite

Delivery still not arrived - despite receiving an email recently to say it had been dispatched. They have emailed me to say that there was a delay but they did not inform me of this at time of ordering. I feel this was dishonest. Delays of this length are not acceptable without giving you chance to cancel the order. Particularly, for an ink cartridge that I am in urgent need of (unable to print for the last week).
