Probably the worst company i have ever

Probably the worst company i have ever dealt with.

I order some memory which showed as in stock, though apparently was not. They told me they would have to order it specially, which i accepted. After 2 weeks it had not arrived, they then told me that it must have got lost in the post, and they had sent out another, this too never arrived.

After numerous emails i sent, i received and automated response that the prodict i ordered was out of stock - 6 weeks after i ordered it.

I never received my order. Most of the emails i sent them requesting answers were not replied to.

The customer service is atrocious. Stay away from them, they are the most dishonest company i have had the mispleasure of dealing with.

We have procedures to follow for non received items which need the Order ID. I would then be able to track your order on our systems and let you know about it at my earliest. We take it as our first moral duty to make sure our customers are satisfied and I assure you that any such incidence is a rare event. I would do my best to help you.
