This company is chaotic. It has been a month now and I have still not received my order despite receiving numerous computer generated e-mails telling me my order has been despatched, re-ordered, not completed, updated etc etc. When i rang to try and get some sense they told me the order had been despatched but later changed their mind and said nothing had been despatched. Thats when I asked for a refund and a week later I am still waiting.

Could you please provide me your order number and your details (name, address, email address...)?

We have procedures to follow for non received items or refunds which need the Order ID. I would then be able to track your order on our systems and let you know about it at my earliest. We take it as our first moral duty to make sure our customers are satisfied and I assure you that any such incidence is a rare event. I would do my best to help you.
