Memorybits

I ordered an item on 4th April and did

I ordered an item on 4th April and did not receive it until today (15th April). I appreciate that Easter fell between order and delivery but the item was not actually posted until 10th April, almost a week later. The website was easy to use and ordering was easy but they fell down on the delivery.
