Ordered Nokia N96. After 4th handset told by Vodafone it was a known fault (receive a text when listening to music and phone shuts down) Vodafone were horrendous. They initially promised to swap phone for another handset from a different manufacturer but then refused to do so and stated I would have to keep returning faulty phone for the duration of my contract!!! Having left Vodafone for their uncaring

Having left Vodafone for their uncaring attitude and increasing costs, i have since been recieving a text messages from a scam company-"ring this number and your International Parcel will be delivered" i have just called Vodafone after typing the one of their mobile numbers into a search engine revealed 100's more poor people are recieving this text.
