    Product took an age to arrive, electric

    Product took an age to arrive, electric golf cart. Went faulty after 3 months, was eventually sent a part (rusty) had to install myself ! 6 months later snapped in two whilst playing golf. Have now been sent the wrong part twice despite sending detailed photo's. The courier service they use takes a week for UK mainland.     2 treadmills in 1 month! Both broken.

    2 treadmills in 1 month! Both broken. First was reported the following day after delivery and took 3 weeks to send a replacement. That arrived and it too is broken (electronic fault).
    I was asked to remove the cover (unscrewing 6 screws) and check the wires and make adjustments to the electronic mechanism. I'm not a qualified electrician. I shouldn't be doing this!!!!!

    You will never experience a worse service than UK Sport Imports. I ordered an exercise bike and they sent me used an cracked parts - it was meant to be brand new. The base unit was cracked so I contacted Jo and asked her to replace it but they sent me a plastic part where i would have to take the base unit apart myself.     Bought one of these treadmills in June

    Bought one of these treadmills in June 2006.

    Eventually persuaded two of my kids to put it together....a huge physical and mental project as we needed it on the second floor of our house it was very heavy and not easy to get together.

    It never worked because a batch had faulty chips. We were told to fix the circuit board ourselves!!!!???? That didnt work so the thing went back.....a huge effort ... Read Full Review »

    I ordered an exercise bike. On assembly there was a 'clank' on turning the pedal and after each revolution. Customer Services said that this was a warranty issue and that it would have to be collected (at my expense) and taken back for repair.
