Firstly I would like to say that the air hockey table I had delivered for xmas is great and it really made my sons xmas a special one I really love payin with the table with my son. Sometimes we do get quite competitive and the wife shouts at us but its all good fun really. What a terrible company! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! BEWARE!!!

My boyfriend ordered me an exercise bike for a Christmas present, delivery was swift however on setting up the bike realised that it was of poor quality and faulty.

It had a bent stabiliser at the back, scratches on the casing and most importantly the computer didn't work.

I have recently bought a treadmill from this company to go into our home gym. After looking at the items stocked at other stores the ones on sale here seemed to be very reasonably priced. Hillman Endurance Golf Trolley- plenty of power but the design is faulty; because most of the weight is in front of the axle, you cannot tilt the trolley to manoevre without applying excessive downward 2-handed pressure on the handle making a round of golf very hard work. Product took an age to arrive, electric golf cart. Went faulty after 3 months, was eventually sent a part (rusty) had to install myself ! 6 months later snapped in two whilst playing golf. Have now been sent the wrong part twice despite sending detailed photo's. The courier service they use takes a week for UK mainland. 2 treadmills in 1 month! Both broken. First was reported the following day after delivery and took 3 weeks to send a replacement. That arrived and it too is broken (electronic fault).
I was asked to remove the cover (unscrewing 6 screws) and check the wires and make adjustments to the electronic mechanism. I'm not a qualified electrician. I shouldn't be doing this!!!!!
