I'm afraid I've had a similarly awful experience with this company. When you can actually get through on the phone there are some staff who are helpful. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. If it doesn't work first time don't expect any help. They never ring back when they promise ( if you can get through at all ) and don't even reply to emails. Avoid if at all possible. Read Full Review »

We purchased our first cross trainer in January 08 and within weeks the weld on the upright bar had broken. Luckily it started to make quite a noise before it snapped so I was able to avoid a nasty accident.
