You will never experience a worse

You will never experience a worse service than UK Sport Imports. I ordered an exercise bike and they sent me used an cracked parts - it was meant to be brand new. The base unit was cracked so I contacted Jo and asked her to replace it but they sent me a plastic part where i would have to take the base unit apart myself. I asked for the base unit to be picked up after several emails of pain the base unit was picked up and then 3 weeks later the exact same cracked and used base unit was sent back to me. I have contacted them again and now they want me to prove it with photos!!! I have never been so frustrated - this lot are an absolute bunch of cowboys and i am in the process of speak to the DTI about them.
