Appalling service. Telephoned an order

Appalling service. Telephoned an order to them and two days after quoted delivery date, had to telephone to ask where goods were. Was told that they could not deliver to any other address than the one on the credit card. Why did they take the order for a different delivery address in the first place then? Was the person on the phone incapable of telling me that. Why didn't they contact me. Don't touch them with a bargepole.
