I'm afraid I've had a similarly awful experience with this company. When you can actually get through on the phone there are some staff who are helpful. However the cross trainer I bought was faulty, replacement wires were incorrect, the first arrangement to pick the product up fell through because the truck broke down (but no-one thought to tell me), the second attempt to pick it up was equally disastrous - all in all it was a stressful nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone - they may be ok if you can go to the store, but over the internet they are awful and I spent over 1.5 hrs on the phone to them trying to sort out the problems.
