I have bought a Crazey fit massarger from this company and its great. I have lost 2 stone already. I did not have to change my diet too much as I do not eat that badly but rarely get any excercise. I have ordered a pool table for my gransdson for christmas they have plenty on offer from the big slatebed tables to cheep little table top ones. I purchased a treadmill for myself from UK Sports Imports, they had plenty of choice on their website with lots of information. Item was ordered and delivered within one week I opted for a two man delivery as I live on my own which was a good choice, I was contacted the day before and also the delivery man called me when he was nearly at my house so I did not have to take a full day off work. Paid straight away - a month ago - and after several phone calls, emails and letters (on my part) I still don't have my table tennis table. Customer service is a complete joke of a phrase when it comes to these guys. I would not recomend them to my worst enemy. Read Full Review »

i would not recommend this company. I placed an order and paid extra for a 2 man delivery. They promised they would phone with an approximate time of arrival but didnt. I waited in all day and when i rang them they said they would rang back but didnt. Appalling service. Telephoned an order to them and two days after quoted delivery date, had to telephone to ask where goods were. Was told that they could not deliver to any other address than the one on the credit card. Why did they take the order for a different delivery address in the first place then? ATROCIOUS SERVICE WOULD NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE NOT RECOMMENDED, CHEAP FOR A REASON!!
