I loved this shop, the products are great - all the big brands at little prices and they even delivered for free.

The staff were helpful and friendly and answered all my questions indepth.

The customer services rep was trained in all aspects of the products and was able to help me find the right product to alleviate my problem skin.

I placed an order with this company at the beginning of Dec.07 for a xmas gift.The gift took nearly a month to arrive so basically my daughter was left dissapointed at xmas.I asked the company for some recompence which up to yet they have not replied.
