Avoid like the plague--ordered in good faith , got prompt e mail confirmation of order--then nothing no reply to 3 emails, Have traced address and it seems that they do exist in Maidenhead , appear to have stock but do not deliver.
I contacted Sagepay twice who handle their transactions and the cannot get reply now in hands of my credit card company for refund

This review will be short , concise & to the point. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You can expect your order not to turn up, for your emails to be completely ignored & for general frustration. The hair products I ordered 2 weeks ago I gave up on & ordered from Amazon.

As the website has No telephone Number so that I may speak to an adviser Has anyone else had the same problem and have a contact telephone number so that the matter outstanding may be cleared up

Appalling customer service, steer well clear!

I ordered a product from this company which arrived in reasonable time. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong product. Like many others mention here, I proceeded to email them to find out how to arrange a return/exchange. That was almost a week ago! Ordered shampoo on 25/02/2011. As at 27/04/2011 I have still not received the shampoo. All my emails to them remain unanswered and requests for a refund ignored. I ordered £62 worth of goods from this Online Store. I have sent 5 emails chasing the whereabouts of my goods! 4 weeks later and they are still ignoring my emails.

Would not use this online store again, after over 2 weeks of not receiving my goods I contacted them by e-mail (They do not have a phone number) and was told the products were out of stock!
