I ordered a mattress from Babys Mart

I ordered a mattress from Babys Mart recently and received a call the following day to advise it wasn't in stock so there would be up to a 10 day wait. 3 weeks later it still hadn't arrived (nor had any order confirmation email). I contacted the company to be advised it wouldn't be in stock until August - over 3mths after my initial order date! I appreciate that if there is an issue at the manufacturers this cannot be helped, but the company failed to contact me, I had to chase them which I think is very poor service. All the other websites that did have stocks when I placed my order now don't so I have basically wasted 3 weeks and am now having to purchase a different item altogether. On top of this they refused to let me cancel my order over the phone, unless I did it in writing. Not impressed with the service.
