    I placed an order for the Britax Vigour 3+ on 24/07/08 before the 12pm cut off for same day dispatch and to my surprise received the order the following day in the afternoon (even though you should allow 2-3 working days). Before ordering i even called to check stock and the phone was answered straight away by a person and not stuck in a queue.
