We have had a very poor experience with

We have had a very poor experience with this retailer. The keyboard we ordered developed a serious fault within 7 months. We sent it back to them for repair and for some reason they insisted we also send all accessories. When keyboard was sent back to us (took 6 weeks, they said usually 4), they forgot to include the accessories, and after 2 weeks they still have not sent them back to us. Worst, the keyboard quickly developed a new fault and they have previously indicated that it is beyond its "money back" period (30 days), which is ideally what we would now want!
