i ordered a golden kinder piano and was impressed by speed of delivery but failed to notice when i purchased the item there were no dimensions for the product. this became apparent when the parcel arrived and was fully assembled in a parcel the size of a shoe box and sounded like a xylophone. i wouldnt recomend buying unless you no exactly what your purchasing. We have had a very poor experience with this retailer. The keyboard we ordered developed a serious fault within 7 months. We sent it back to them for repair and for some reason they insisted we also send all accessories. When keyboard was sent back to us (took 6 weeks, they said usually 4), they forgot to include the accessories, and after 2 weeks they still have not sent them back to us. Wors... Read Full Review »

Thomann dose not charge an extra 5% for

Thomann dose not charge an extra 5% for card transaction, that is a complete lie. It is your bank or card issuer that dose the currency conversion not Thomann, they have nothing to do with it. Thomann are a big, big retailer for

Thomann are a big, big retailer for Europe. This brings advantages and problems. Mostly it is a good store that I use myself. but I have had problems with their customer service - and the prices they quote for UK products are not trustworthy.

I've split the review into 2 parts, the good and bad. I would say overall you need to take in both parts as I'm planning to do another 700? order with them in the next month.

30 Day Return Policy and 3 year FREE warranty! Customer service is great and punctual.
