I bought a flash drive that did not

I bought a flash drive that did not work. Sent it back and nothing heard for months despite my letters and messages. On line customer support is not so bad if they dealt with issues properly. Quick to take money, taking forever to test faulty goods. I recommend any other store and, for those who got ripped off, let's unite for legal action! Apart from lies/silences and stupid excuses, customer service is relatively polite.
Remember the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and distant sales regulations. I hope they will make me change my mind; but, until then, BEWARE - NO HOPES FOR THOSE WHO ENTER!
