whoever orders with this company need

whoever orders with this company need thier heads read.ordered with them on 3rd feb its now march 6th and only half of my order has arrived.3 weeks phone was on engaged when you get through they put you on hold and cut you off.you cannot talk to customer support its all done by email.i have sent and anwered about 30 emails its a mess.if you do try to phone you can get through to sales but the lady who answers is rude she actually was laughing at my questions.do not order with these people
