Have now been waiting 10 days for their

Have now been waiting 10 days for their so called "guaranteed next day delivery". They will not answer emails and when you ring them they're either engaged or you just get put on hold for 10 minutes before being cut off. I will not be using them again and would recommend others do the same. I have been in this business for 20 years and UKDVDR are by FAR the worst company I have ever dealt with regarding customer service. They did however, take my money immediately. Avoid like the plague.
